Did you know we all have the neurology specifically designed for creativity? It is in the right side of the brain and in the same place we process feelings. When we are working through or processing feelings, a creative release can be more powerful than words and bring healing.

We live in a noisy culture, and when we get into the creative side of our brain, it can activate a “flow state” that shuts out the noise (internally and externally). This can provide a peaceful space to process experiences, to imagine, to tell a story, to dream for the future, and explore adventures which can include and become divine. 

You may have memories from childhood enjoying finger-painting, building sandcastles, or playing with legos.  Those memories may have got shut down, or maybe you identify as a creative, and somehow lost the way into that beautiful place.  There are so many healthy reasons that creativity is in our DNA. If we are not using it, it is sitting there dormant rather than helping keep us balance.
